How much does shipping cost?
Unless specified otherwise, we offer free standard shipping within the U.S.A for purchases above $150 before tax.
For international shipping, you will have the option to choose shipping methods at checkout. Depending on the destination country and the value of the products shipped, you maybe required to pay for import duties and additional fees.
How soon can I expect to receive my package?
Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase. If you need your item(s) sooner and are within the U.S., please select an expedited shipping option, additional fees will apply. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.
We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery yet.
Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-5 business days of its ship date. Please note additional time maybe needed if you are in Hawaii, Alaska, US Virgin Islands.
For international orders, additional time may apply depending on distance, custom and weather.
Pleas note that you are responsible for any applicable import duties and fees. If your order is subject to import duty, your custom may contact you via mail, phone or email to collect payments from you before releasing the merchandise.
Please note that international delivery time and processing time at custom have significant increased due to COVID-19, which is out of our control.
How do I track my order?
1. You can track your order with the tracking number in your order confirmation email.
2. You can also log into your account and check the order tracking number under “my historical order”.

Returns within the U.S.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the item must be unused in its original packaging and condition.
To receive an exchange or refund, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. Request outside these timeframes may be accepted at our sole discretion.
To return your product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and request a return shipping label. Please fill out the return slip explaining the reason for your return and whether you would like to receive an exchange. A confirmation email of this shall be sent upon our receipt of the item for your records.
Once we inspect the condition of returned item, we will credit any refunds applicable to the original payment method. Please note, depending on the bank or the payment method, it may take a few business days for the balance to show up in your account.
Disclaimer: any sale item is considered a final sale and is non refundable. If a final sale item is shipped back to us without previously being confirmed and authorized, unfortunately we are unable to accept the package and it shall be returned to the sender.
International customers are responsible for covering shipping costs for returning your item. You can contact our team for a return shipping label. The international return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund balance of the returned item.
In the case of exchange, depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Proof of purchase
All items sold, online or in physical store, are accompanied by a receipt. To complete your return, we require the receipt or proof of purchase. In the situation where the receipt is missing for your purchase, please print proof of purchase from your order history on our website or email us at email@example.com to obtain a copy, before you ship any purchased item back to us.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
We provide refunds only in exceptional cases, that being agreed by and at the discretion of the individual handling the return.
Only regular priced items may be returned for a refund. Sale items can only be returned for exchange if requirement for exchange, as listed above, are met. Please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to check item availability before sending the sale item back for exchange.
Back-orders & Preorders
If you have selected an item that is out of stock & available for back-order or available for pre-order, when selecting the item, you are provided with a timeframe for shipping. By checking out and marking the 'I understand your terms' checkbox, you are stating you are aware and accepting of this timeframe for product shipment.
How am I refunded for a cancelled order?
If you cancel your order before it is processed, you will be reimbursed in the original form of your payment. If you paid by credit card, the same amount will be refunded back to your credit card. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the refunded amount to show up on your bank statement.
