Shipping & Returns
For orders within the Continental United States:
1) A fixed shipping fee is charged to cover the cost of couriers and shipping materials. This fee varies depends on where you are.
2) For orders over $150 pre tax, we offer free standard shipping.
3) Expedited shipping options are available. Shipping options and quotes will be provided at check-out. Shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.
We ship everywhere people deliver mail.
Just note: customs and import duties are imposed by the country we ship to and are therefore your responsibility. Also some custom agencies may contact you via mail, phone or email to collect payments before releasing the merchandise.
It depends on where you are.
Orders are usually processed and shipped out from New York City within 3 business days. Orders with customization will take longer (check here).
Once shipped, It will take 1-5 business days for the package to arrive anywhere in the continental United States. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-20 business days. Please note holidays, weather and disruptive international events may all impact delivery speed.

Yes we offer one year warranty on all products. Please refer to Product Care for more information.
We work hard to keep our supply chain sustainable and ethical while maintaining fair pricing for our premium products.

If, upon arrival, you find the bag not quite right, reach out within two weeks of delivery and we will work with you to figure out the best options — whether that’s an exchange, store credit or a refund. For orders that enjoyed free shipping, exchanges or returns come with a $15 fee.
Please note that sample sale items are sold "as is" and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
An order is only cancellable before it's shipped out. In this case, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds in a cancelled order can only be reimbursed to the original form of payment.
If your order has been marked "delivered" by the carrier, but you never received it, get in touch with us and we'll see what we can do. We will assist you in any way we can, but unfortunately, once we hand a package over to USPS, UPS or another carrier, it is in their hands and is their responsibility.
You can add a message on the cart page during checkout. Or simply contact us with your order number and message you'd like to include.
All gift messages will be hand written on our standard greeting cards.
